With nothing more than her voice and the use of her looper BOSS RC505, Namena Lala creates all the layers of her unique sound: from bass and drums, passing through samples, pads, chords, to backing and leading vocals. Each concert is a unique encounter with her audience with which she shares her inner sense of being and a longing for a planet in its gestating stage.

He takes a particular keen interest in the musical styles of Africa, South Africa, as well as countries of the far and middle east.
